Easton Home is an after-sales mobile app built for Easton Urban Kapital. It gives homeowners a single platform to stay connected with the developer from the moment they sign — through construction, handover, and daily life in their new property.

Worked with Easton Urban Kapital's operations and customer service teams to understand the full after-sales lifecycle — from construction handover to daily resident needs. This shaped the core feature set: construction tracking, IPL payments, service requests, panic button, announcements, and the local store directory.
Mapped user journeys for each core flow — submitting a service request, tracking construction progress, paying IPL, and triggering the panic button. The interface was designed to align with Easton Urban Kapital's brand: clean, residential, and premium-feeling without being complicated.
Built the API layer to support service ticket management, construction status updates, payment processing, push notifications, and the panic alert system. Architected to scale across multiple Easton properties as the portfolio grows.
Implemented the app for iOS and Android natively.
QA ran across devices and OS versions, followed by a soft launch with early residents. Feedback was incorporated before the public release on App Store and Google Play.
