## Approach
Discovery & Requirements
Worked with Easton Urban Kapital's sales team to understand the most common questions buyers ask before making a decision. These became the foundation of the quiz — translating a typical sales conversation into a self-serve, interactive flow.
UX/UI Design
Designed a focused, distraction-free experience — one question at a time, with clear progress indicators. The result screen was designed to feel like a personal recommendation, not a generic listing page.
Recommendation Logic & Backend
Built the scoring logic that maps quiz responses to property recommendations, along with a backend for managing questions, answers, properties, and lead capture. The Easton team can update the quiz content without touching code.
Frontend Development
Implemented the quiz interface with smooth transitions between steps. Optimized for mobile — most prospective buyers encounter the quiz through social media links on their phones.
Testing & Launch
Tested the recommendation accuracy with the sales team before launch — ensuring results matched what an experienced salesperson would suggest. Deployed and distributed via Easton's marketing channels.
